Refund policy

At The Minyé Collection, we have a strict no refund policy for accurately fulfilled orders. We only accept returns for orders that were fulfilled in error from our warehouse. If you receive the wrong product, we offer store credit. In cases where the correct product is unavailable for reshipping, a refund may be considered.

To qualify for a return, you must contact us at info@theminyecollection.com within 7 days of receiving the incorrect order. Please provide your order number and details of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process if eligible.
